Festival fanciers are spoiled for choice this Saturday (November 8) with two events on opposite sides of the river offering music, markets, food and fun throughout the day and into the evening.
In West End on Saturday night, a launch party for the new Saturday Night Markets at Boundary Street will feature entertainment aplenty with musical performances from Mouldy Lovers, Mojave, Black Jesus Experience and more, along with street theatre pop-up shops, food stalls and a garden cinema. Meanwhile, over at Woolloongabba, the inaugural End of the Line Festival will take place to celebrate and showcase this unique part of Brisbane. In addition to extended trading hours from local restaurants, there will be multiple music stages featuring the likes of Darren Hanlon, The Babe Rainbow and , as well as market stalls, art and children’s activities.
